Consultant - Information Technology (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and integrate digital finance solutions, AI-driven automation tools, and robust cybersecurity measures for MSMEs.

- Conduct training and workshops for MSME personnel on the effective adoption and utilization of ERP systems, CRM platforms, and cloud-based solutions.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide expert recommendations on the most suitable digital solutions to address specific MSME needs.

- Provide technical consultancy to MSMEs, focusing on optimizing operations, minimizing manual processes, and maximizing technology adoption.

- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports related to digital transformation initiatives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and their potential applications for MSMEs.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in IT, technology consulting, or digital transformation, with a focus on MSMEs preferred.

- Strong understanding of AI-driven automation, cybersecurity best practices, and digital finance solutions.

- Proven experience in implementing and integrating enterprise-level technology solutions, including ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to - non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess MSME needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working directly with MSMEs.

- Knowledge of government programs and initiatives supporting MSME digitalization.
