AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy scalable AI models and solutions, leveraging NLP, Prompt Engineering, and RAG techniques.

Collaborate with the CTO to design, build, and implement AI-driven applications using OpenAI models and tools.

Create, test, and fine-tune prompts for optimal performance and accuracy in language-based tasks.

Manage data retrieval mechanisms for RAG implementations, ensuring efficient and relevant content generation.

Build and optimize APIs and microservices for integration with AI models.

Work with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.

Monitor model performance and improve accuracy through iterative training and testing.

Document and maintain code, processes, and best practices for team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python

AI Expertise: NLP, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

OpenAI: Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and tools

Cloud: Basic knowledge of cloud environments; AWS deployment experience is a plus

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in deploying, scaling, and monitoring AI/ML models in production environments.

Familiarity with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, and RDS.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.

2-5 years of experience in AI/NLP-driven projects.
