We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Manager, IT Infrastructure Network to oversee and enhance our network infrastructure, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.

This role requires an individual who can manage complex network systems, drive continuous improvements, and provide leadership in a dynamic IT environment.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Network Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other related devices.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring the network is running optimally and all systems are functioning smoothly.
- Network Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor network performance to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Network Design & Documentation: Create and maintain accurate network diagrams, documentation, and configuration details to support network planning, communication systems, and future upgrades.
- Network Configuration & Management: Configure and manage critical network components such as access control lists (ACLs), DHCP, IPsec tunnels, VLANs, routing, and switching.
- MPLS Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MPLS technology to ensure reliable and high-performance connectivity.
- IT Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of network infrastructure and IT assets, ensuring efficient management of hardware and software resources.
- IT Security & Compliance: Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard the network infrastructure and sensitive data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
- Documentation & Process Management: Establish and maintain robust documentation processes for network configurations, incidents, and operational procedures.
- Helpdesk & Service Desk Management: Oversee the management and resolution of support requests through the Helpdesk & Service Desk, ensuring timely and effective responses to technical issues.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Helpdesk and Engineer teams, fostering professional growth and promoting a collaborative work environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on network and server infrastructure.
- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, SonicWALL and Barracuda Firewalls.
- Network Protocols: In-depth knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, and related technologies.
- Network Security: Proven experience in hardening network devices and ensuring robust security measures across the network infrastructure.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot, administer, and optimize network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Leadership: Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including Helpdesk and engineering teams, with an emphasis on coaching, development, and performance improvement.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP, CCIE, or similar would be advantageous.
- Availability: Open to working in a 24/7 environment to ensure network continuity and quick issue resolution when needed.
- Knowledge of Frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL, ISO27001, and PCI DSS frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with offshore teams and stakeholders.
