Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the field by engaging with potential and existing clients, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, presenting products/services, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities and increase sales in the assigned territory.
  • Product/Service Promotion: Demonstrate and promote the companys products/services to customers, providing product information and benefits.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Negotiation and Closing Sales: Negotiate deals, close sales, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Market Research: Gather market intelligence, track competitors, and report on trends to stay ahead in the market.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from clients to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure smooth sales processes and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [industry/type of products/services].
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required by the role.
