Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience in financial services or investment banking.
The role requires managing projects from initiation to completion while performing in-depth business analysis to align project goals with business needs.
Candidate should be good as Project Manager too.
Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interactions.
Conduct gap analysis, refine objectives, and create functional specifications.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation optimization.
Familiarity with financial services and investment banking processes.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Excellent communication skills are required.
