Chief Marketing Officer

🚀 About the Role:

Were building a highly personalized AI-driven wellness platform for women and are looking for a Freelance Growth Marketer to lead our customer acquisition, retention, and email engagement strategies.

You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our user base, nurturing leads through AI-personalized email campaigns, and turning visitors into loyal customers. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity for equity in a fast-growing FemTech startup.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Customer Acquisition & Growth Marketing

• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to acquire new users through organic and paid channels (SEO, SEM, Social Ads).
• Optimize landing pages and funnels for higher conversion rates.
• Run A/B tests on ads, CTAs, and page layouts to improve acquisition.

2️⃣ Email Marketing & Engagement

• Build and manage email marketing flows.
• Create personalized email sequences based on user behavior, health quiz data, and product preferences.
• Set up automated weekly/monthly follow-up emails (wellness tips, product recommendations, promotions).
• Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics to optimize email campaigns.

3️⃣ Customer Retention & Loyalty

• Implement retention strategies like loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and personalized offers.
• Increase customer LTV through strategic upselling and cross-selling based on user preferences.
• Develop community-building initiatives (social media groups, newsletters) to boost engagement.

4️⃣ Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on KPIs: customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), retention rates, and email performance.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify Analytics etc to gather insights and drive decisions.

🛠 Tools & Skills:

• Email Marketing Platforms: Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp or similar
• Growth Marketing: SEO, SEM, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads
• Analytics: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Shopify Analytics
• Automation: Shopify Flow, Zapier (for automating workflows)
• Copywriting: Strong storytelling skills for email and ad copy
• Bonus: Experience in health/wellness/FemTech niches

✅ 5+ years in growth marketing in e-commerce (preferably in wellness or FemTech)
✅ Proven success in customer acquisition and email engagement strategies
✅ Hands-on experience with Shopify marketing tools and Klaviyo
✅ Passion for women’s health, wellness, and AI-driven personalization
✅ A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and A/B testing skills
