Planning Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Should have experience to develop schedules for construction activities, resources and working capital for high rise (50+ story residential/commercial projects)

2. Set quarterly targets for the site team and monitor achievement on a continuous basis

3. Audit progress of construction activities and develop MIS reports to update top management regularly

4. Jointly identify, with construction management, resolution methods for any deviation

5. Develop best practices for scheduling through creation of standard modules, guidelines for schedule adjustment based on actual site performance etc.

6. Mentor/ train site planning engineers and identify development plan and training needs for them

7. Develop/ amend corporate policies, whenever required, to further enhance opportunities by which planning can deliver impact
