Industrial Planning Manager

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You'll manage the balance between demand and resources to achieve optimal Quality, Cost, and Delivery outcomes. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance), align resources with project needs, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of consolidating demand forecasts and resource management, but also monitor and control product and flow management for industrial deliverables.

Well look to you for:

• Applying Industrial Planning Golden Rules
• Managing demand in Core Planning Tools and/or ERP systems
• Collaborating on the quarterly Sales & Operations Plan (S&OP)
• Consolidating and analyzing demand forecasts
• Resource management in alignment with workload and capacity
• Continuous improvement of planning processes and systems

• Engineering or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience or understanding of planning or supply chain management
• Knowledge of end-to-end industrial planning processes
• Familiarity with Core Planning Tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability for cross-functional and multicultural collaboration
