*) Guide development of standardized processes for Integrated Project Planning
*) Manage a team of Project Planners for development of standard project schedules, WBS structures and progress tracking templates
*) Provide inputs for creating/ updating policies and procedures pertaining to resource planning and project monitoring
*) Regular review of MIS & Dashboard
*) Periodic review of progress project and highlighting of key areas of concern
*) Ensure document management for the project
*) Ensure capturing of best practices across projects and knowledge sharing across projects
*) Monitor project progress and ensure development of catch-up plan if required
*) Resolve inter-departmental issues and ensure smooth functioning across teams
*) Define clear communication channels and procedures for smooth inter-departmental coordination
