Job description: Sr Inside Sales Executive


Experience:1 -6 years


Education: Any Degree (MBA, BE/B-Tech)


Location: Bangalore


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Achieve assigned sales target.
  • Actively do new lead generation and progressing these leads in to signed contracts
  • Be a champion for consultative sales.
  • Be a consultant in areas like Product environmental compliance, Component engineering, MRO data management and similar master data quality area
  • Geo Focus = US& Europe Region
  • Manage territorial/Vertical responsibilities through generation of new business opportunities and closing it
  • Work along with inside sales team.
  • Strategize with sales and marketing on the demand generation program to increase quality, reach and market penetration and quantity of leads.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, quarterly activity metric call stats, daily reports, chats, etc and regular reporting of lead on a weekly/monthly basis and exceeding target consistently.
  • Drive usage of sales tools CRM, Zoom info and DnB to improve the conversion ratio.

Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication.
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Previous experience in compliance (ROHS, REACH), MRO data, Master data will be beneficial.
  • Experience in Inside Sales/ Lead Generation/ Business Development/ Enterprise Sales.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM (Salesforce/SOHO preferred) and different sales Intelligence tools like ZoomInfo/LinkedIn/D&B
  • Ability to learn and articulate technical service models and engage in a conversation with prospects.
  • Ability to understand the industries and core business processes, to identify problems faced.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
  • Ability to understand and describe how engineering solutions can address the business issues that prospects are facing.
  • Ability in market research, data collection, email campaign and cold calling.
  • Should be Techno Functional who can provide consultative engagement to clients Business Processes.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Technical engineers with knowledge of compliance, component engineering and master data projects and trying to move to business roles are welcome to apply.
  • Dynamic, energetic, result oriented, with never say die attitude and result Oriented.
  • Should be flexible to work in a shift (USA/ UK).
