Manager - Social Media (3-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.

- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to understand trends and content preferences.

- Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

- Manage social media calendars, scheduling and publishing content consistently.

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online mentions in a timely and professional manner.

- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand advocates.

- Analyze social media data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content formats.

- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is a plus.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- A passion for social media and a keen eye for creative content.
