RepIndia - Manager - Social Media (3-4 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at the Medanta Lucknow office.

This on-site role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute impactful social media strategies while managing content and driving engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Create, schedule, and manage engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, graphics, and videos.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance engagement.

- Stay informed about platform updates, industry trends, and emerging tools to ensure innovative and effective approaches.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

- Act as the primary point of contact for social media-related initiatives and campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 3-4 years of proven experience in managing social media for organizations or brands.

- Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production.

- Expertise in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams.

- Must be based in Lucknow and available to work on-site at the Medanta Lucknow office, five days a week
