Key Responsibilities:
- Organic Social Media Strategy & Execution: Strategy Development: Design and implement organic social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create, curate, and schedule compelling content tailored for each platform.
- Ensure content resonates with the target audience while aligning with brand messaging.
- Community Building: Actively engage with followers through regular interactions, fostering a strong sense of community.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Platform-Specific Optimization: Tailor content and engagement strategies to the unique characteristics of each platform (visual content for Instagram, professional content for LinkedIn).
- Growth & Engagement: Organic Growth Tactics: Execute best practices for organic growth, including hashtag research, community engagement, and user-generated content campaigns.
- Influencer & Partnership Development: Identify and leverage opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and influencer relationships to expand reach and increase brand credibility.
- Audience Engagement: Increase brand presence by building an engaged, active social media community, fostering positive interactions with followers and potential customers.
- Social Media Audits & Optimization: Profile Audits: Regularly audit social media profiles to ensure branding consistency, optimize for searchability, and identify improvement areas for better performance.
- Platform Updates: Stay updated with changes to social media platforms (new features, trends, best practices) and adapt strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and use insights to refine content strategy, improve performance, and meet overall marketing goals.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics tools to analyze social media performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to refine and optimize strategies.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports and presentations, sharing insights, trends, and recommendations for future social media campaigns.
- Paid Social Media Expertise: Paid Campaigns: Proficiency in social media paid platforms, including creating, managing, and optimizing ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- Ensure ads align with organic social strategies.
- Ad Copywriting: Develop persuasive and compelling ad copy to support both organic and paid campaigns.
- Ensure all ad content is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand voice.
- Collaboration & Communication: Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design) to ensure social media efforts align with broader business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Communication: Effectively communicate campaign strategies, performance, and results to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on organic growth and engagement strategies.
- Proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram accounts, including organic content creation and paid advertising.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter) and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Excellent ad copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging ad content.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, especially in social media marketing and organic growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends, algorithm changes, and new features on social media platforms.
- Technical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.
- Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for designing engaging social media content.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and engage with followers.
- Creativity and adaptability to respond to trends and the changing digital landscape.
