Job Title: Associate Recruiter

Experience: 6 months - 1 year

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Work Type: Onsite

Shift Time: 6 pm to 3 am (Night Shift)

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Recruiter will act as a strategic hiring partner to our clients in the US. Achieve staffing objectives by conducting full cycle recruiting functions including posting, sourcing, calling, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and recommending candidates.

Responsibilities:

Take care of the End-to-End recruitment cycle.

Understand the requirement and client's needs and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferences from the available pool of resources.

Working on different Job portal.

Negotiate the rates/salary with the candidates.

Maintain regular reports.

Coordinate with the candidates for the interview timings and joining formalities.
