Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing grievances through effective grievance handling processes.
  
• Oversee payroll processing, including salary processing, EPF, ESIC, PF, bonus, and other statutory compliances.
  
• Ensure timely joining formalities for new employees and exit formalities for departing ones.
  
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
  
• Conduct performance appraisals to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in human resources management in the iron & steel industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong knowledge of HRM principles, practices, laws (labour), regulations (statutory).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for document preparation; Excel for data analysis.
