HR Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the end to end recruitment process
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Draft and post job description
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, job boards, Recruitment Portal like Naukri.com etc.
• Post ads on various job portals for open vacancies
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various methods.
• Evaluate applicants relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Negotiate salaries and benefits packages.
• Handling Joining formalities including employee orientation and documentation
• Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
• Maintaining Leave records of the employees and file management
• Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Organise quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organising team building activities
• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Handling Exit Formalities including full & final settlement of the employees
• Design and implement recruiting systems for the organization
• Handle administration and record-keeping

Preferred candidate profile:

• Good communication and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition
• Previous experience as an HR Recruiter (for experienced candidates)
• A minimum of a bachelors diploma or a degree in human resources management or a related discipline
• Immediate Joining candidate preferred
• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
