Job Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team ofsales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Foster a collaborativeand high-energy work environment.
Develop and implement effective salesstrategies, plans, and processes to drive revenue growth and market expansionwhilst maintaining healthy profitability. Analyze market trends, identifyopportunities, and tailor strategies accordingly.
Cultivate strong relationships withresidential, commercial, and industrial clients. Understand their energy needsand provide tailored solar solutions that meet their requirements. Collaboratewith the technical and engineering teams to develop and present customizedproposals and solutions that meet client requirements and showcase Sun360sunique selling proposition.
Generate leads through variouschannels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring timelyfollow-up, documentation and effective negotiation. Conduct weekly meetingswith sales, business development and marketing teams to ensure effectivemanagement of the process.
Track and analyze sales performancemetrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to seniormanagement. Implement corrective actions and improvements as needed.
Identify and pursue new businessopportunities. Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities,and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Conduct regular training sessions toenhance the sales teams knowledge of solar products, industry trends, andsales techniques. Ensure continuous professional growth and skill development.
Ensure a high level of customersatisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively. Promote acustomer-centric approach throughout the sales processes.

Requirements
Proven track record of successfully selling solar power solutions and securing customer contracts.
In-depthunderstanding of the solar industry, including residential, commercial, andindustrial markets. Familiarity with solar technology, products, and services.
3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager orsimilar role
Proficiency in CRM software, sales performance metrics and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Experience in building and leading high-performing sales and business development teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Willingness to travel within the state of Goa for on-site customer visits and presentations.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across differentdepartments.
