Requirements.
3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present complex information.
Solid understanding of the solar industry, including residential, commercial, and industrial markets, as well as familiarity with solar technologies, products, and services.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in building and leading highperforming sales and business development teams.
Willingness to travel within the state of Goa for on-site customer visits and presentations.
