- Procurement and Contract Management: Vendor selection, contract negotiation, contract management
- Site Management and Construction Oversight: Site supervision, quality control, safety management
- Commissioning and Handover: Commissioning, handover
- Post-Project Support: Warranty management, performance monitoring
- The Purpose of a project Manager in a Solar EPC projects is to ensure the successfully and timely completion of the solar Power plants projects
