Lead - Budgeting & MIS

1. Handling MIS and various reporting related to the Management.
2. Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report (MIS) at field level and Company level
3. P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making).
4. Cost analysis & Cost calculation (Opex per barrel / Opex per MMBTU) for the products of the company.
5. Preparation and consolidation of annual corporate budget and long-term corporate plans
6. Regulatory reports preparation and getting them audited
7. Analyze companys financial information (such as cash management expenditures and revenues) making sure that companys financial operations do not exceed budget limits
8. Preparation of presentation for MD office and responding to queries
9. Preparation of monthly MIS incorporating budget, actuals and projections, proactive identification, and reporting of budget overruns
10. Preparation and presentation of Analytical Information, Detailed review of project costs, contract costs as per requirement
11. Suggesting improvements in company s budget utilization to increase profits
12. Ad hoc information and tasks as may be delegated

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Experience of working as a Budget Manager or Budget Analyst
2. Good practical experience with financial accounting and statistical software and ERP/SAP
3. Good knowledge of MS Excel including advanced tools and formulas complex tables and charts
4. Profound experience of using forecasting and data analytics methods
5. Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
6. Accuracy and attention to detail
7. Familiarity with best practices and regulations in accounting and financial areas
8. Ability to present budget and fiscal data in clear and comprehensive manner
9. Have a degree in Accounting Finance or other relevant areas.
10. Excellent in MS word and power point
11. Excellent oral and written communication
