Job Description

SUB-ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Supervises and performs duties during wireline/LWD logging operations both offshore and on land fields.
- Expertise in open hole, cased hole, production logging, use of pressure control equipment, rigless operations is must.
- Hands on experience of Preparation of work over plans, logging plan and execution, Preparation of technical specifications for hiring of logging unit with specified tools, tender evaluation is must.
- Participates in well planning and assists with the development of pre-drill documentation packages (i.e. designs and provides logging program, identifies potential logging hazards, etc.).
- Document all technical work performed in the relevant systems.
- Maintains and ensures accuracy and completeness of petrophysical databases (digital copy and hard copies).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum: 15 years of logging operations
- MSc/MTech/PHD in Geophysics
- Well logging operational experience with sufficient knowledge of open hole, cased hole, production logging and rigless job execution.
- Preparation of technical specifications and tendering for hiring of logging service, negotiation skills and coordination with service providers.
