Role & responsibilities

  • The Central Customer Service Manager is responsible for resolving queries/requests/complaints of customers from PAN India branches in a virtual environment within the TAT
  • Building and maintaining virtual relationships with clients while adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • To ensure quality of communication is maintained throughout the call
  • To ensure brand image protocol, confidence and pleasantness are maintained on the call
  • Quality of the calls will be evaluated through dipstick monthly
  • To be responsible for publishing the required MIS on daily/monthly basis.
  • To be responsible for preparing reports, PPTs and any other ad hoc activities

  1. Virtual relationship managers from banks with min 2 yrs experience
  2. Graduate
  3. Presentable personality
  4. Excellent communication
  5. Known to English/ Hindi/ Marathi (for Mumbai)/ Tamil (Chennai)
