Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MBA HR Fresher to join our HR team as a Management Trainee. The role will primarily focus on employee file management, documentation, and onboarding, with exposure to other HR functions as part of a growing and fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee File Management:

• Maintain and organize physical and digital employee records systematically.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, including contracts, personal data, and compliance records.
• Conduct periodic audits of employee files to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Documentation:

• Prepare HR-related letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and NOCs.
• Ensure timely and error-free processing of employee documents during hiring, transfers, and exits.
• Support HR compliance processes by maintaining statutory documentation (PF, ESI, etc.).

Onboarding:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to provide a seamless experience for new hires.
• Facilitate documentation verification and ensure completion of joining formalities.
• Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, processes, and culture.

HR Operations:

• Assist in maintaining HR databases and updating employee information regularly.
• Support attendance management and leave tracking systems.
• Collaborate with payroll and compliance teams for timely processing.

Employee Engagement:

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving employee queries related to documentation and policies.

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday 10.30 am to 8 pm (5 days)
