Purchase Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

• Stock Maintenance Assets , Unit , Raw materials and Movables
• Regular Update the material and wood specification file
• To be maintain minimum stock level
• Deliver the materials against requirement sheet and to be got sign in Sales DC for available stock
• Update in Tag card in every inward and outward
• All stock updating in system
• New Vendor searching and updating
• Unavailable materials to be raise purchase order and send to vendor then follow till material received
• Site check for received materials quality and quantity, price check with as per P.O and attach with the bill then forward to accounts
• Received materials place to the consider storage rack
• Any return materials update the vendor and forward to accounts then follow till to be take replace materials / to be got credit note
• Then deliver the requirement sheet balance materials as per process
• Research potential vendors.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Must having experienced In Interiors purchase field.
• Must be having good knowledge and Negotiation skills in Product Purchases.
• Must having knowledge in Vendor Co-ordination.
• Must be having a Interior Products Knowledge.
• Must be having a Interior Products Pricing skills.
