Quantity Surveyor

Role & Responsibilities:

Preparing estimations and BOQ's for the Interior projects.

Release Sales Order forms to the team after conformation and receiving initial payment for the project.

Assist Accounts team in preparing invoices for the projects.

To prepare pricing basic file for new products.

To Prepare Extras and Deduction Estimation for the Interior Projects.

Preferred candidate profile:

Knowledge in strong analytical skills and detail to produce accurate and reliable estimates.

Should be having a knowledge in Preparation of BOM & BOQ.

Must have knowledge of updating and pricing in estimating the current market value. Must be knowing the MS-Excel Skills, ERP Skills Preferred.
