Skills looking for :

- Post Graduate in Human Resource Management

- Experience in Talent Acquisition within a manufacturing company

- Proficiency in Plant hiring in cross functional and across levels

- Strong knowledge and experience in HR Practices and Procedures

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate
