Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead recruitment efforts across both technical and non-technical domains.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building a high-performing team by identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies for both tech and non-tech roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and create a robust hiring plan.
Recruitment Execution:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across engineering, product, marketing, content, and operations teams.
- Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and talent networks.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to recruitment best practices.
- Partner with senior leadership to align hiring processes with business objectives.
Market Insights & Employer Branding:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer branding efforts.
Process Optimization:
- Streamline recruitment workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage data analytics to track hiring metrics, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
Compliance & Diversity:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and hiring standards.
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition with a strong background in both technical and non-technical hiring.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with hiring for roles in software development, product management, and other tech areas.
Non-Tech Expertise: Proven success in recruiting for marketing, content, operations, and similar domains.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage stakeholders and candidates effectively.
Analytical Ability: Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks efficiently.
