Talent Acquisition Business Lead (MNC)
- We are currently retained by a Global MNC to hire a TA Business Lead who will handle all activities related to TA for that business unit. You will act as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- You will be taking charge for the strategic workforce planning with HRBPs to address both immediate and long-term talent needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies that reflect employer branding and diversity initiatives, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals.
- Conducting workforce planning to address immediate and future talent needs, identifying skill gaps, and developing talent pipelines.
- Creating and executing recruitment strategies that attract top talent, aligned with employer branding and diversity goals.
- Conducting intake meetings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and provide market insights to support a collaborative recruitment process.
- Ensure all business recruitment data is properly managed in ATS.
- Participate in projects to improve talent acquisition processes, implement best practices, and innovate recruitment strategies.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- MBA in HR, with 8-10 yrs of TA expertise
- Must have been a part of TA team in an FMCG related MNC
- Must have expertise in competency based interviews and handled senior level hiring
- Experience of managing key stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality with professionalism.
- Comfortable with ATS and recruitment software
- Good at multitaskiing and strong project management skills
- Knowledge of equal employment opportunity (EEO) and diversity principles
