Job Description

Performing Audit of Third party Processing Supplier/Project. Preparation and submission of Audit Report with comparative statement of suppliers doing same product.

Review & verification of all processes, quality, food safety & GMP related documents on daily basis and ensure compliance of Plant hygiene & GMP implementation at third party sites.

Review the site for any source of contamination which can affect the organic integrity of our product.

Review and ensure the correctness of critical limits of all CCPs (critical control points).

Sampling of all process centres at every 2 hours and analyse the particle size and physical characteristic(organoleptic) of product to ensure the homogeneity in output quality as per customer specifications.

Record the processing with respect to manpower and manhour invested, track product quality, input RM to output recovery (mass balancing), and by-product generated at all stages.

Intime Sampling and analysis of incoming raw material (at factory or warehouse), semi-finished goods, finished products, by-products for the relevant analysis.

Perform the batch sampling of final product by USFDA BAM protocol and ensure that the samples are collected and sent to Bergwerff Lab for Microbial analysis.

Personally, monitoring critical processes like sifter tailing in safety screening, allergen processing, container loading, etc.

Ensure line clearance and cleanness of equipment before starting of processing and ensure no cross contamination in next products, no product failure because of previous batch product cross contamination.

Proactively communicate all anomalies to the reporting manager.

Zero customer complaint due to third party processing issues. Daily review and signature on the relevant documents. No NC due to non-conformance of records in third party as well as internal audits.

Maintain Traceability (forward & backward) - for individual batch.
