About the Job:

- The AGM - Loyalty Program/Loyalty Head will lead the design and execution of customer loyalty strategies to enhance customer experience, foster long-term relationships, and drive brand loyalty.

- This role requires the ability to analyze customer data, develop impactful loyalty initiatives, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless program implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development, execution, and management of loyalty programs.

- Design strategies to improve customer retention and enhance brand loyalty.

- Analyze customer behavior and program data to drive impactful loyalty initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align loyalty strategies with business objectives.

- Monitor program performance and recommend improvements to maximize customer satisfaction and ROI.

- Stay updated on real estate trends and customer behavior to refine loyalty initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in program execution.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience in loyalty program management and customer retention strategies.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive informed decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.

- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and customer behavior.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in Loyalty Management or Customer Relationship Management are a plus
