Team Leader- Tele Fundraiser

Role & responsibilities

JD:-
1. Define the fundraising goals clearly and ensure they align with the NGOs mission and objectives.
2. Handle the tele fundraiser team , work on the teams follow up.

3.Develop policies and procedures for fundraising, including ethical guidelines and conflict of interest policies.
4. Allocate funds for fundraising activities such as marketing, events, and administrative costs.
5. Identify and target specific donor segments (e.g., individuals, corporations, foundations).
6. Create compelling marketing materials that communicate the NGOs mission, goals, and impact.
7. Utilize various channels for outreach, including social media, email campaigns, press releases, and community events.
Donor Engagement:-
1. Develop a donor engagement plan to build and maintain relationships with donors.
2. Recognize and thank donors appropriately to foster long-term support.

Team and Volunteer Management:-
1. Train a dedicated fundraising team, including staff and volunteers.

2. Assign specific roles and responsibilities to team members for different aspects of the fundraising campaign.
