About Sukoon:
Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions. We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.
About the role:
- A digital Manager at Sukoon Healthcare would be responsible for overseeing the digital marketing activities across SEM and SEO, improve the brand online coverage, managing patient engagement through online platforms and promote Sukoon offerings across digital platforms.
- The digital manager will closely work with multiple stakeholders to drive brand efficiency and organic traffic across Sukoon's Healthcare acute facilities, Sukoon Rehab Centre and other services like OPD, rTMs etc.
- The role will report into the Head of Marketing and work closely with Head of Brand and digital agency partners across content, performance marketing, asset optimization, SEO, ORM, CRM and drive lead generation campaign across the business verticals.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase awareness and generate leads of patient who requires hospitalization for any acute mental health issue.
- Create and manage campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, Social Media and other healthcare platforms.
- Compare Sukoon's digital performance (traffic, page-views, drop rates, engagement, CTRs, SEO) against competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Allocation of resources across digital platforms like paid advertising, content creation and tool/software.
- Set up tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot to track website performance, user behavior, conversions and conversations.
- Based on daily / weekly performance, continuously optimize your campaigns and tactics for better results and outcomes.
SEO Marketing:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic search traffic and improving SERP rankings.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to outperform competitors in organic search.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, development) to implement SEO strategies and optimize campaigns.
- Perform ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities and prioritize high-value search terms.
- Optimize website content, metadata, URL structures, and landing pages for target keywords.
- Ensure that all website content is optimized for search engines (titles, descriptions, internal linking, and formatting).
- Collaborate with content teams to guide SEO-friendly copywriting and editing.
- Develop and execute a link-building strategy to increase the website's domain authority and search visibility.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure proper implementation of technical SEO recommendations, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and structured data.
- Perform regular SEO audits to ensure site health and compliance with SEO best practices.
- Ensure proper indexing and crawling of the website by search engines using Google Search Console and other tools.
- Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush and other SEO tools.
Data and Analytics:
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of digital marketing platforms, including websites, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other related technologies.
- Ensure all platforms are integrated seamlessly to support digital marketing strategies, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Collaborate with web developers, IT, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality user experience and functionality across digital assets.
- Build custom dashboards and reports to provide insights into campaign performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Ensure correct tracking and attribution for all campaigns, implementing solutions for multi touch attribution and data integration across platforms.
Competencies:
- Master's Degree in Management from a reputed institute - MBA / Certified digital courses.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
