Job Title: Deputy Manager - Digital (Amazon Marketing Services)
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager - Digital with a strong focus on Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns on Amazon.in.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and scaling AMS campaigns, with a deep understanding of search, display, and sponsored brand advertising.
- This role requires a data-driven approach, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
AMS Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage all aspects of AMS campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display (Banner) Ads.
Search Ads Expertise:
- Deep expertise in Search Ads, including ACOS and ROI management of AMS campaigns on Amazon.in.
- Proficiency in keyword research, targeting logic, negative keyword management, bid optimization, and campaign structure.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance against key metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.), conduct competitive benchmarking, and provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance.
- Generate monthly business reviews and sales time performance reports.
Optimization & Strategy:
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns for improved performance, including keyword expansion, bid adjustments, targeting refinements, and creative testing.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and brand visibility through advertising.
Budget Management:
- Establish and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with internal stakeholders (Category, Sales, Marketing, Product teams) to understand advertising goals, align strategies, and communicate campaign progress.
Advertiser Engagement:
- Engage with advertisers to understand their goals, create new opportunities, and drive discussions.
SEO Understanding:
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO principles and their impact on advertising performance.
Amazon Ads Terminology:
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads terminology and metrics.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues impacting advertiser performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience 8+ in managing and optimizing AMS campaigns, preferably for e-commerce brands.
- Deep understanding of Amazon advertising platform and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
