Associate Manager - Digital Marketing
Job Purpose:
- To support Lead-Marketing in developing Digital strategy in line with the short-term and long term objectives for Duty Free Business.
- Digital marketing / social media tools/ tracking for best practices & benchmarking.
- Experience in usage of tools & techniques for digital marketing - Google Analytics, Canva, Ad Manager, Hoot Suite, Optimizely, Mailchimp, Google Data Studio (must/good to have).
Manage existing digital platforms and continuously improve customer experience:
- Work closely with external partners and internal teams and guide them for technology integration from process point of view.
- Manage all digital media - Chatbot, Website, APIs, Frameworks, Social Commerce, Digital formats of advertising.
- Update the offers/communication across channels in timely manner.
- Drive auto updation of content- SKUs / creatives / videos / Ads on web/mobile app.
- Explore social commerce for better customer experience - understanding of new changes like WhatsApp channel, Commerce through social Media (shop now on insta/Facebook using meta features).
- Understand the Algorithm changes in Meta/ LinkedIn, Google etc,, as move as per market trends.
- Manage the current web / mobile app and improve the UI/UX and deliver better customer experience / Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience (A/B Testing).
- Take complete ownership of end to end implementation and integration with ERP, CRM, CMS, etc for ecommerce website.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points (Social Media, CRM, Email, Reviews online, Chat on Social Media, Chatbot & web bot etc.,)
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners on required processes.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance overall online presence and customer experience.
Strengthen HDF brand presence on digital platforms - perception, awareness & advertising:
- Create & sustain HDF identity in sync with the strategic business plan of the organization.
- Analyzing HDF digital brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics - in creating logo, guideline documentation, mascot/identity.
- Marketing in Digital Media & relevant channels. Focus on ROI to improve cost effectiveness of campaigns.
- Manage the creative agency as per agreed SLAs. Develop copy/content, creative designs of marketing communication materials (for offline & online) for publicizing campaigns, promotional offers, product launches, etc.
- Analyze latest marketing trends and track competitors' activities and provide inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
Leverage the performance marketing and fuel the growth of Duty Free brand in digital channel:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Search (PPC), Ad Extensions, Social Media Retargeting.
- Increase KPIs - Fans, Reach & Impressions & Engagement rate on activities initiated.
- Plan to build a marketing database for email and social media marketing for advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against Our brand vs. competition on campaigns done each month (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Ensure high on conversion(CRO), low on CPC & CTR.
- Create content with resources of agency/employees & customers (UGC).
- Work across different digital marketing initiatives like Email marketing, Influencer Marketing, Geo-Targetting, Mobile advertising.
Corporate Communication & Media Relations:
- Plan, develop and execute company's PR programs.
- Create content for the PR/Online platforms and apply for the Awards for industry recognitions.
- Manage better relationship with the industry media agencies - Moodie/ DFNI/ TR and ACI.
- Develop new avenues of exciting corporate communication strategies in social media, passenger experience and favorable positioning of the organization by managing media, placement of contributory articles and liaising with various stakeholders.
