As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective paid advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful paid marketing campaigns.

Job description:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid marketing campaigns to drive app installs, user engagement, and overall growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure paid marketing initiatives align with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and other relevant channels.
- Conduct tests, analyze performance data, identify trends, and apply insights to manage budgets effectively and achieve campaign objectives.
- Track, report, and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website analytics and PPC initiatives.
- Manage campaign expenses, ensure budgets are adhered to, estimate monthly costs, and address any discrepancies.
- Optimize ad copy and landing pages for improved paid search engine marketing results.
- Perform ongoing discovery, expansion, and optimization of paid keywords to enhance campaign performance.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies to refine campaign approaches and create engaging ad copy.
- Take responsibility for achieving aggressive performance targets across campaigns, platforms, and regions, with a strong focus on ROI and core KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and implement data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
Job Specification:
- Relevant Experience: Min 2 years as a proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Hand on experience in campaigns and Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing and social media marketing.
- Very strong keyword research skills and digital marketing practices.
- Ability to write compelling, clear, concise search ad copies and an understanding of online marketing in general.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
- Open to challenges, flexible handling multiple projects, self-motivated, should be able to handle the pressure.
