Senior General Manager Operations

Job Profile:

To establish the company's operations, processes, management style, and hence companys operations culture.

Sudarshan Paper & Board Pvt Ltd is on a growth trajectory and hence looking to firm its process and management style. As such, it is looking for leaders who can work with consultants (management, IT, HR, etc) to develop the same.

Role & responsibilities:

• Developing teams related to the operations of diverse functions of the organization like - logistics, back office operation, warehouse operations, sales & sales -accounts.
• On boarding quality people establishing Principals and process for quality hiring, and issuing HR culture
• Creating Team structure organizational hierarchy
• Creation of processes for diverse functions of the organization like, logistics, back office operation & warehouse operations, sales, accounts.
• Through process mapping of all operations
• Linking process to tools like – formats, software automations
• Establishing a clear Management methodology:
• Establishing management principals and issuing company culture
• Creating checks, KPI’s for efficient operations
• Focus on reducing operational costs

Preferred candidate profile:

Key Skills: Create Processes – process map, team management, HR principals

Qualification: MBA with core competency in operation
