Job Title: Stylist Retail Store.

Job Overview:

As a Stylist at Kalki Fashion, you will provide exceptional fashion advice and personalized styling services to clients in the store. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in selecting bridal wear, ethnic wear, and occasion outfits that suit their style, personality, and preferences. You will also ensure that each client has a unique, memorable shopping experience, ensuring they leave the store with the perfect ensemble for their special occasion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personalized Styling Consultations:
• Greet clients and provide one-on-one styling advice, guiding them in selecting outfits that complement their body type, style preferences, and occasion needs.
• Offer professional fashion advice on bridal wear, ethnic attire, accessories, and color coordination.
• Assist in the creation of complete looks, including matching outfits with jewelry, shoes, and other accessories.
• Tailor recommendations based on the latest trends, customer requests, and the store's seasonal collections.
2. Client Experience and Customer Service:
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized styling and creating a comfortable, welcoming shopping environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their fashion needs and preferences to offer ongoing style advice and recommendations.
• Handle fittings, alterations, and special requests for customization of outfits (if applicable), ensuring the client receives a perfect fit.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Product Knowledge and Expertise:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s collections, including bridal wear, ethnic wear, and accessories.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, new arrivals, and upcoming collections to provide clients with the latest styling options.
• Provide detailed information about fabric, stitching, and craftsmanship to help clients make informed purchase decisions.
4. Sales, Upselling and Customization:
• Assist in driving sales by recommending additional items such as accessories, shoes, and personalized services (e.g., customizations or alterations).
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals by maximizing sales opportunities during styling consultations.
• Encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty by offering personalized follow-up styling advice for future events.
5. Event and Collection Promotion:
• Assist in promoting in-store events, trunk shows, or new collection launches, offering personalized styling services to event attendees.
• Help create visually appealing displays that showcase key looks and promote special offers or seasonal collections.
6. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure all client needs are met, from initial styling to checkout.
• Provide feedback and suggestions on customer preferences and trends to assist with inventory planning and collection development.
7. Administrative and Organizational Tasks:
• Keep track of customer preferences, sizes, and orders to ensure smooth follow-up and customer engagement.
• Assist with organizing the store layout, ensuring that products are properly displayed and easy to access for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales within the store’s system.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Retail, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous 2+ years of experience in retail styling or fashion consulting, preferably in Ethnic and Traditional wear, is highly preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients.
• Strong knowledge of bridal and ethnic fashion trends, fabrics, and styles.
• Ability to create and style complete looks that meet the needs of the client.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Kalki Fashion Retail Store.
• Shift Time: 11 AM to 8 PM.
• Working Days: Monday – Sunday (1 rotational week-off between Monday to Thursday).
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, assist clients with fitting, and organize the store display.
