Job Title: Floor Manager Indowestern Wear

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Indowestern Floor Manager to oversee the Indowestern wear section at Kalki Fashion, a renowned brand in ethnic and contemporary fashion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a keen understanding of Indowestern fashion trends, and the ability to provide leadership to the sales team. The role is designed to ensure that the Indowestern section operates smoothly, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and achieves sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Indowestern wear sales team to consistently achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Train and guide the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.
• Set clear performance goals for the team and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align on sales targets, new arrivals, and product knowledge updates.

2. Product Knowledge and Expertise:

• Maintain a deep understanding of Indowestern wear collections, trends, fabric types, and customization options.
• Stay updated on new arrivals, exclusive collections, and special promotions to provide clients with the latest options.
• Communicate detailed information about the design, fabric, stitching, and fit to ensure clients make informed decisions.

3. Customer Engagement & Service:

• Ensure that customers receive personalized, high-quality service, assisting them in selecting the perfect Indowestern outfits for various occasions.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations, helping customers create a cohesive look with accessories, footwear, and outerwear.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Foster a welcoming and professional environment for customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience from entry to checkout.

4. Sales & Target Achievement:

• Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding sales targets for the Indowestern section.
• Develop strategies to increase footfall, promote special collections, and maximize product exposure to drive higher sales.
• Monitor the team’s performance and provide guidance to ensure that individual and team targets are met consistently.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products such as accessories, shoes, and coordinating outfits to maximize sales.

5. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Indowestern section, ensuring that the store is well-organized and the merchandise is displayed in an aesthetically pleasing and accessible manner.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays and ensure that the Indowestern section aligns with Kalki Fashion’s brand standards.
• Ensure that the stock is well-maintained, neatly arranged, and properly tagged to enhance the shopping experience.

6. Inventory & Stock Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner, keeping the section well-stocked at all times.
• Work with the management team to track inventory movement, manage stock-outs, and ensure smooth stocktaking processes.
• Assist with receiving and processing new shipments and ensure proper storage and display of new stock.

7. Customer Feedback & Satisfaction:

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in product offerings and customer service.
• Ensure that any customer complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

8. Brand Representation & Promotion:

• Uphold the image and reputation of Kalki Fashion by ensuring the Indowestern section reflects the brand’s high standards of quality, luxury, and style.
• Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and exclusive offers to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Represent Kalki Fashion at events or promotional activities as needed, ensuring that the brand’s values are communicated effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in Indowestern, ethnic, or luxury fashion.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Indowestern fashion, including the latest trends, fabrics, and designs.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage day-to-day operations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in retail management systems, POS systems, and inventory management.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Kalki Fashion Retail Store.
• Shift Time: 11 AM to 9 PM.
• Working Days: Monday – Sunday (1 rotational week-off between Monday to Thursday).
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, assist clients with dress fittings, and manage the organization of the indowestern area.
