Position: Sales Engineer

Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location: Nanded City Symphony IT Park, Sinhagad Road, Pune
Workdays: Monday to Friday (Flexible working hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with new prospects in Europe, India, and the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, etc.) for engineering services.
• Generate leads through internet research, LinkedIn, field visits, and cold calling.
• Engage prospects with compelling introductory emails and establish initial contact for
• inquiries related to FEA, CFD, and Design services.
• Organize video conferences and client meetings to present the company profile, capabilities, and competencies.
• Drive business development activities to generate potential inquiries.
• Convert leads into revenue, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
• Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial deals with clients.
• Collaborate with senior team members for high-value deals and negotiations.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers in consultation with the technical team.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Experience in selling engineering services in Gulf and international markets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
