Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Demonstrates company equipment and trains customers on how to use the products, explaining their features, benefits, and how they compare to other products.
• Helps customers by understanding their needs and adjusting products, equipment, or services accordingly.
• Answers customer questions and provides technical and engineering information about products and services.
• Finds new customers and takes care of existing ones by planning and organizing sales calls.
• Prepares and shares written quotations and proposals for the company's products and services, following the pricing and sales guidelines.
• Gathers and summarizes sales information and trends to create sales engineering reports.
• Works as part of the team to achieve related goals.

Note: This is a field job with regular customer visits.
