Key Skills & Experience:

- Extensive experience (10+ years) in business development within the architecture, interior design, or real estate industry.

- Demonstrated success in generating new business leads and securing new projects.

- Strong understanding of the Indian development landscape with a proven track record of building relationships with key developers.

- Deep knowledge of the residential sector and its specific needs and opportunities.

- Expertise in service marketing and client relationship management.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively pitch proposals and secure project wins.

- Excellent relationship management skills to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business development plans for assigned regions.

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India to meet with clients and attend industry events.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

What You Will Do:

- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy for the West and South regions of India.

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Indian development community.

- Manage and expand the existing client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Develop proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the firm's capabilities and value proposition.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.

- Oversee business development activities for assigned regions, including budgeting and goal setting.

- Collaborate with internal teams across design, architecture, and project management to ensure smooth project execution.
