Finance Strategist - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop comprehensive financial models for land acquisition, project development, and investment opportunities.

- Real Estate Transactions: Lead and oversee the entire deal cycle, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, and closing.

- Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.

- Strategic Financial Planning: Provide strategic financial advice to the leadership team, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a premier institution.

- 8-12 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or corporate finance.

- Deep understanding of real estate valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
