Senior Architect

Lead design teams and manage larger, more complex architectural projects.
Develop detailed architectural designs and construction documents, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.
Mentor and support junior architects and other team members, fostering their professional growth.
Lead a team of architects to deliver high-quality designs and ensure design excellence across projects.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and client requirements.
Engage in high-level client interactions and project management tasks.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Make critical project decisions in collaboration with Lead and Principal Architects.
Drive improvement initiatives within the team, leveraging subject matter expertise to benefit the firm and beyond.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proven experience in leading design teams and managing complex projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant tools.
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
