Architect

Create and develop architectural designs, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
Manage project-specific tasks, including coordinating with construction teams and other consultants.
Lead a team of junior architects, providing mentorship and ensuring design excellence.
Consult and oversee construction-related drawings, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Solve technical and design challenges, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
6-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe creative suit) and other relevant tools.
Strong knowledge of design principles, building materials, codes, and regulations
Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, team members and collaborators
Experience leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion
Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Professional registration is a plus
MEP experience is a plus
