About the Role :
Studio Diseno is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Salesforce Technical Implementation Consultant to play a critical role in supporting our CRM implementation.
This is a hands-on position requiring a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, integration, and best practices for enterprise CRM deployments.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a problem-solver, and a strong communicator with a proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Implementation Leadership :
- Lead and support the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
Collaboration & Requirements Gathering :
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and other relevant departments, to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Solution Design & Architecture :
- Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
- Contribute to the overall Salesforce architecture and ensure its alignment with the organization's long-term strategy.
Configuration & Customization :
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builder, flows, and other automation tools.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components as needed.
Integration :
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using various integration methods, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g, MuleSoft), and other relevant tools.
- Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow between systems.
Technical Guidance & Best Practices :
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to the team and stakeholders on Salesforce development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Champion best practices for optimizing CRM performance, user experience, and security.
Testing & Quality Assurance :
- Conduct thorough system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Documentation :
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Salesforce implementations, including design documents, technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
Continuous Learning :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce advancements, new features, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to improve the CRM platform and its utilization.
Stakeholder Management :
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, configuration, customization, and integration.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC and Aura), and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with various integration tools and techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms (e.g, MuleSoft).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex CRM implementations in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with specific Salesforce clouds (e.g, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Experience with data migration and data cleansing.
- Familiarity with other CRM platforms
