Factory Manager - Plant Head - Greenfield Project - Rubber Extrusion (10-20 yrs)

Factory Manager to oversee the entire greenfield project from overseeing the plant to daily operations of the manufacturing facility in India. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of goods while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and cost control.

Operations Management :

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure optimal productivity.

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet demand while ensuring product quality and cost-effectiveness.

- Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Management:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of supervisors, operators, and other factory staff.

- Ensure that employees are trained, equipped, and motivated to meet operational goals.

- Foster a positive working environment and drive employee engagement and retention.

3. Quality Control:

- Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

- Monitor production lines for adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

4. Health, Safety & Compliance:

- Enforce a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and practices.

- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards.

- Conduct regular safety audits and training programs.
