Structural Engineer & Supervisor

#Position : Supervisor / Assistant / Senior Engineer - Structural

#Experience : 4 - 15 Years

#Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

#Location : Dolvi, Maharashtra

#Notice Period : Immediate/ Serving/ 30 days

Please Note : Candidate should have experience in Steel plant projects(Should be working on contractors' side)

Key Responsibilities

1. To coordinate with the project site in order to identify the P&M requirements.
2. Prepare an efficient schedule for all operations and assist in installation and maintenance of all machines and power tools.
3. Resolve all maintenance issues and recommend improvements to same if required.
4. Maintain and review everyday logs, resolve issues and provide monitor all mechanical activities.
5. Maintains and updates breakdown record of all equipment along with maintenance cost and suggest ways to minimize breakdown period.
6. Monitor & optimize oil & diesel consumption and monthly summary reports for submission to management.
7. Monitors performance of plant and equipment used on site to determine efficiency and maximum utilization.
8. Preparing MIS reports related to P&M.
9. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
10. Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.
11. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
12. Spare parts Inventory Management

- Make spare parts available for equipment along with optimum inventory if they can be repaired on site.- Review and Monitoring with management system for all project sites.

1. Team Management

- Maintain an efficient and safe working environment for all the P&M employees.- Providing training to P&M staff about operational safety & working procedures.
