Job description of Junior Operations Manager
Position: Jr. Operations Manager
Designation: Ticketing manager

Role Summary:
The Jr. operations manager would be responsible in assisting the Operations manager for designing and managing curated travel experiences for clients. Their role would involve researching destinations, selecting attractions and activities, arranging accommodations, and transportation, and coordinating all logistics involved in the tour itinerary. They would also work on creating themed tours, ensuring they align with client preferences and interests. Additionally, they have to collaborate with local guides, vendors, and other partners to enhance the overall travel experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for travel and cultural exploration.

Communication skills:
Good communication skills for effectively communicating with the suppliers, DMCs or any other locals. Wherever required they might have to deal with the clients, so they must carry the style and elegance of Strolli.
Collaboration skills:
Have to collaborate with the Operations Manager in getting the job done. Complete coordination with all the departments is required. If a call centre manager receives a query from the customer relating to any bookings or itinerary, the Jr. operations manager must immediately address to that and accordingly coordinate the updates with the call centre managers. The budget requirements of the operations department need to be communicated with the compliance officer. If the Jr. operations manager comes across any contacts for potential suppliers, they can inform the operations manager. They cannot take their own decisions.
Time management skills:
Maintaining time sense and immediately responding to client’s queries is the primary focus. Prompt replies to the suppliers or local partners or DMCs is essential. Updating the clients, ERP system and rest of the team members on rela-time basis.
Presentation skills:
As the Jr. operations manager deals with suppliers and the clients, they need possess good presentation skills. They should have the talent to deliver package in Strolli Style and sell as many products of Strolli as possible. They should have the talent to convince the clients to avail multiple services of Strolli. Must carry the elegance and professionalism of Strolli.
Negotiation skills:
Decent negotiation skills as they would not directly get in touch with either the clients or the suppliers.
Computer skills:
He should have Advanced level proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Zoho ERP. Must be ready to use the company’s ERP and generate reports. Documenting all the activities in the system on a real-time basis.
Requirements for the position include:
Professional Qualification:
MBA in Travel and Tourism or Master’s Degree in travel related fields.
Above qualification will be relaxed if the candidate depicts sufficient knowledge required for the role.
Candidates are to have a minimum of two years of experience in the relevant field
Languages: English and any other foreign language is preferrable
Place of Appointment: Hyderabad
Age Limit: Around 25-40 years. Age may be relaxed for candidates having significant experience.
Working Hours: Regular office working hours
Eligible to delegate to: In case of emergency, they can request support from Operations manager to complete the job
