Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager - Deal Support will play a key role in credit assessment, client onboarding, and deal execution. The individual will be responsible for preparing credit analysis memos (CAMs), monitoring credit portfolios, and supporting business development efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of credit evaluation. Key Responsibilities:

- Credit Assessment & Documentation:Prepare detailed Credit Analysis Memos (CAMs) and investment notes for deal evaluation.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, including documentation and compliance requirements.
- Portfolio Monitoring:Track credit performance, monitor early warning signals, and ensure portfolio hygiene.
- Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and business partners.
- Business Development Support: Assist in deal structuring, financial modeling, and origination efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:CA/CFA (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 2-5 years in credit assessment, deal origination, or financial analysis
- Experience in credit analysis, deal execution, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess credit risk and structure deals
