Job Overview

The Analyst - Capital Markets will play a pivotal role in assisting the Capital Markets team in preparing data for various proposals aimed at debt fundraising. This individual will be responsible for supporting the team through meticulous data analysis, transaction execution, compliance management, and investor relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Resource Mobilization: Facilitate the placement of all types of term loan proposals and Debt Capital Market instruments, encompassing secured and unsecured products.

2. End-to-End Transaction Execution: Assist the execution of transactions from initial investor interaction, deal structuring, and assisting in investor due diligence, to finalizing term sheets and deal documentation.

3. Compliance Management: Oversee all compliances related to existing lenders, including managing repayments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

4. Covenant Reporting: Manage covenant reporting throughout the facility life cycle and conduct regular monitoring of financial covenants to ensure compliance.

5. Credit Rating Exercises: Participate in credit rating exercises to evaluate the creditworthiness of the organization and its offerings.

6. Investor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors and Assets Under Management (AUM) under the off-book portfolio to facilitate ongoing engagement and support.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. 1-2 years of experience in the treasury/capital market team of Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with investors and internal stakeholders.

4. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
